ノバルティス（Novartis International AG）は、スイス・バーゼルに本拠地を置く、国際的な製薬・バイオテクノロジー企業である。スイス証券取引所、ニューヨーク証券取引所上場企業（SIX: NOVN、NYSE: NVS）。チバガイギー社(Ciba-Geigy)とサンド社(Sandoz)という、スイスを拠点とする製薬会社2社の合併によって1996年に設立されたwikipedia
